Vogelview supports raw DNA exports from all major consumer testing providers, plus medical lab reports in multiple formats. Here is how to get your file ready.
Not sure what format you have? Upload it anyway — we auto-detect the provider and format, and will let you know if anything is missing.
Go to Settings → 23andMe Data → Raw Data, then click "Download". You will receive a ZIP file containing a .txt raw data file.
Navigate to DNA → Settings → Download Raw DNA Data and confirm your identity. Ancestry sends a download link to your email within minutes.
Open your Nebula account, go to Genome Data → Download, and select the VCF format. Whole-genome VCF files can be several GB — use a stable connection.
From your DNA dashboard, click Manage DNA kits → Actions → Download Raw DNA Data. Select the CSV export option for compatibility.
Any standard VCF file produced by a sequencing lab, hospital, or bioinformatics pipeline is supported. Both compressed (.gz) and uncompressed formats are accepted.
Download your lab report directly from your patient portal (Quest Diagnostics, LabCorp, MyChart, etc.) as a PDF and upload it here. We parse key biomarkers automatically.
If you only have a paper report or want to enter specific values, use our guided manual-entry form. Enter biomarker names and values — we handle the interpretation.
Export a CSV from any electronic health record or lab system. The file should include at minimum a biomarker name and numeric value column — units and reference ranges are optional.
Still not sure if your file will work?
Send us a question at support@vogelview.health and we will help you find the right export.
