Pro reports are refundable within 7 days of purchase if you haven’t viewed the full report. Because Pro unlocks substantial content immediately, viewing constitutes consumption.
Premium is refundable on a prorated basis within 14 days of the most recent renewal, less any usage charges. Annual subscribers who cancel within the first 30 days receive a full refund if they have not generated more than one new report during that window.
Same terms as the underlying subscription. Family add-on charges are prorated to the day if the family members have not added any uploads.
Unredeemed gift codes are fully refundable to the purchaser within 90 days of purchase. Redeemed gift codes are non-refundable.
Submit a request from Settings → Billing → Request refund. We typically respond within 2 business days. If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear depending on your card issuer.
Refund requests outside the windows above are reviewed case-by-case. We honor refunds where the service did not perform as described (parse failures we couldn’t resolve, billing errors).
If you initiate a chargeback before contacting us, we may suspend your account pending resolution. We strongly prefer to resolve issues directly — please email support@vogelview.health first.
EU/EEA consumers have a 14-day statutory right of withdrawal from digital service contracts, unless the service has been fully performed with the consumer’s express consent. By accessing a Pro report you expressly consent to immediate performance and acknowledge loss of the withdrawal right per Directive 2011/83/EU Art. 16(m). Subscription cancellations are unaffected and may be exercised at any time.
