• Free — 3 findings per category + triage. No credit card.
• Pro — $14.99 one-time per report. Pay once, keep forever.
• Premium — $9.99/month or $79/year. Unlimited uploads + AI chat + family.
• Pet Starter — $14.99/month, up to 3 pets.
• Pet Pro — $29.99/month, up to 25 pets.

Upgrades

In-app upgrade from Free → Pro/Premium charges only the prorated difference if you already have an active subscription. See Settings → Billing.

Refunds

See our refund policy. Most refund requests are answered within 2 business days. Request from Settings → Billing → Refund.

Cancellation

You can cancel any time in Settings → Billing → Manage subscription (opens Stripe's customer portal). You retain access through the end of your current billing period.
